Shipping Policy 

We ship across Canada and the United States. 
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. To arrange FREE local pickup in Airdrie, AB please select this option at check out. (We will email you to arrange a convenient time for local pick up once your order has been fulfilled.)

Orders over CAD $100 will be shipped for free. Orders are fulfilled and shipped between 3-5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order begins its journey.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are your responsibility. Lamb's
Soapworks is not responsible for any delays, customs, taxes, or tariffs applied to any cross border shipping. 

Refunds and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.

If your package was damaged during shipment, please save the box and
products. Take a photo of the damaged items and box and notify us within 5 days at info@lambsoapworks.com
