No. We ship within Canada only. We stopped US shipping in 2026 when tariffs made it a bad deal for everyone, and we've decided to lean all the way in on being a Canadian company for Canadian customers. (We still love you, Montana.)

Everywhere in Canada, coast to coast to coast. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over $100 CAD ship free.

We pack and ship within 3 to 5 business days, then Canada Post takes it from there. You'll get a tracking email the moment it leaves. Alberta orders usually land in a few days; the far coasts take a bit longer.

Yes. Every bar, butter, bomb, and balm is handmade in Airdrie, Alberta. Not assembled here, not "designed in Canada." Made here.

Unrefined plant-based oils and butters. Olive, coconut, sustainable palm, castor, rice bran, and shea, saponified the old-fashioned way. No parabens, petrolatum, phthalates, or GMOs. Every product page lists the full ingredients, because you should get to read the label before you buy it.

As natural as real soap gets. We use unrefined plant oils and butters, clays, and botanicals. Some scents use phthalate-free fragrance oils, and we say so right on the product page. No synthetic dyes, no fillers.

100% cruelty-free, always. Most of our products are vegan; the product page will say so.

A lot of our customers with sensitive skin use it happily, and our unscented bars are the gentlest place to start. We're not doctors, though. If you've got a skin condition, patch test first or ask your dermatologist.

Most "soap" at the grocery store is a detergent bar with the glycerin removed. Real cold-process soap keeps its natural glycerin, which is why your skin doesn't feel tight afterward. Lather, clean, done. No residue

About 4-6 weeks of daily showers, if you let it dry out between uses. Get a soap dish with drainage. Your bar will thank you (and so will your wallet).

Exactly what it sounds like. Same bar, no paper label, so there's nothing to throw away. Pick it as an option on most soap bars if zero-waste is your thing.

Cardboard and paper, mostly. No plastic clamshells, no bubble wrap. Shipping boxes are recyclable and we use as little filler as we can get away with.

We can't accept returns or exchanges, because soap. If your order arrives damaged, keep the box and the products, snap a photo, and email info@lambsoapworks.com within 5 days. We'll make it right.

Yes. We can do custom scents and labels for weddings, showers, and corporate gifts. Email us your idea and a rough quantity.
